In recent years, with the development of the mobile communication technology and mobile terminal devices,the user is confronted with many different kinds of intelligent communication devices around. Therefore, the user can not be satisfied by using single terminal and single network. And the multi-terminal and multi-network collaboration will be the direction of the future communication. To meet the requirements of the development of wireless networks, it is necessary to propose the collaboration of multi-network and multi-terminal, which can overcome the limitations of a single terminal. In ubiquitous network environment, the network characteristics are quite different, and it is necessary to research network selection algorithm for the ABE.This paper combined with the characteristics of intelligent medical scene, which studies the existing group mobility model,and presents a user-centered group mobility model which contains two features.Firstly, the movement of the terminal group is around the user. Secondly, the movement of the group is not only the changes of the group location and the relative position of the internal nodes, but also includes the relative motion of the internal nodes due to the change of the location of the user or the network status.Based on user-centered group mobility model, the collaboration with multi-terminal is achieved by virtual terminal, which is implemented by " User Virtual Network Services ". The terminal can be registered, inquired, updated, grouped, and the service is flowed upon "User Virtual Network Services ".Network Selection algorithm is researched based on collaboration, then simulate and analyse three typical network selection algorithm, which are excellent selection algorithm algorithms through comparing the unnecessary handoff probability and the degree of satisfaction. The three algorithms can implement the network selection and enable users to achieve the ABE.
