It is also a technology-intensive routine maintenance work which needs to be mastered considerable theoretical foundation and practical experience.Firstly, this thesis introduces the development background of mobile communication and3G technology. Secondly, this thesis talks about the EVDO principle, the key technologies in EVDO and its system protocol. What’s more, this thesis analyzes the common optimization problems and it’s occur reason and solution of the EVDO optimization. Finally, we give the right optimized methods, which based on the action of the basic network optimization and special network optimization of the China Telecom Huaian Branch. The specific cases comprise neighbor optimization, antenna adjustment, DT test, TOPN remediation of neiwork, daily parameter optimization, etc. In the mean time, the cases also include the special optimization of the revise video service, small flow of online service and so on.
