Electronic Archives Management System Analysis And Design

With the rapid development of information technology,the progress of digital information resources and its networked transform will be further accelerated,the information construction of archives management has become a hot spot of concern. Electronic archives management system is the need of enterprises information construction, it can greatly enhance the processing efficiency of archives, and can realize high efficient archive.retrieval, and borrowing archives information.In this dissertation, the basic theory and application of the system of electronic archives management,platform framework, the demand analysis, system analysis, system design and related technology are expounded and discussed. System includes user management, business management, file management, file management, query management,circulation management, and other functions. Users can be easily for the file to add, delete, modify, query, borrowing,archived, and so on.The system design uses MyEclipse7.0as its development tools and platform at the front desk, background uses Oracle database, using UML modeling tools to design data model to the system function, using the MVC pattern, combined with SSH framework to realize the system function fast and efficiently.
