The Design And Implementation Of News Release System

With the rapid development of the Internet, the network has become an importantchannel for people to quickly acquire, publish and transmit information, and it plays animportant role in all economic, cultural aspects. For businesses, especially open, timely,rich, targeted information and news publishing system to improve managementdecision-making is an important guarantee. Taking into account the specificcircumstances of the company’s different departments, there is a wide variety ofinformation to release every day. The BI department will announce a competitivemarket analysis, and market sector will regularly publish dynamic industry operators’scale of investment and market strategy. Even employees in different departmentsrequire different information, so there is no need to release information to all employees.Fully taking into account the special nature of the business operations and thecorresponding relations of an enterprise’s core operational departments and employees,it is necessary to design a WEB-based enterprise news release system.WEB-based enterprise news release system is not a simple news publishing system,but rather a targeted information dissemination system. In this paper, taking acommunications equipment provider and company information release mechanism intoaccount, we have the clear goal of information release system and determine thefunction of the system as well as non-functional requirements, designing a newspublication system which is not similar to others using ExtJs and JavaScript. Technicalarchitecture and functional architecture of the system is then designed to determine thefunctional modules of the system, and then we found the complete system model whichcontains four basic modules: news publication module, user management module,password management and user registration and show it through uml activity diagram,class diagram. The function of news publication module contains reading news, newscomment, searching news, adding news, editing news and managing news type and soon. Next data table structure is designed. Finally, we show the interface of the system aswell as the realization of the system data interaction. We use the ExtJS framework todesign and implementation of the system in order to make the system to be more distinctive with many other news release systems. At the same time, the system uses JSPto query the database and implement the background operations.Through this system, each employee can obtain information related to their owncommentary, as well as company news. Superior departments can also communicate tothe staff point-to-point based on the system, and thus complete information share moreeffective and efficient.
