As the enterprise scale keeps developing and the sales market continues toexpand, the information of creditor’s rights in large enterprise accumulates, andbecomes more and more complicated, the manual debt management is also much moredifficult, the demand of electronic and intelligent management system for debtinformation increases.Although the existing financial management system includes debt information,it’s still not handled separately, but mixed with other financial information. Thiscauses great difficulties to debt information management. Meanwhile, financialprograms have many problems, such as too large, inflexible, lack of B/S structure andso on.Based on preliminary research and project experience, and for problems relatedto debt management system, this paper fully analyses the deficiencies of the existingsystems. The author uses the open source ExtJS framework as the UI framework ofsystem interface, and develops a number of custom controls on the foundation ofExtJS. The powerful interface and abundant controls improve the availability ofsystem significantly. According to the Ajax method of ExtJS, the separation of frontdesk interface and background process is actualized, it not only optimizes the systemstructure, but also improves system performance. The system refers to relevantprocesses of debt management, it’s closely integrated with existing enterpriseinformation management systems and financial systems. Through the electronicmanagement of enterprise debt, debt repayment plans can be automatically created,we can know the repayments of the users in time. Combined with the relevantprovisions and the interest rate of the debt management of enterprises, the system canintelligently calculate the overdue fine of the users, who not timely pays back. At thesame time, combined with the financial system, the system realizes real-timemanagement of debt information. Through the statistical analysis function, managersof the enterprise can easily understand the debt situation of the enterprise, so it alsohas a high practical value.This system has good scalability, portability, reusability. The system tests andpilot enterprises show that the system is running safe, reliable, stable and able to meetthe business needs of enterprise debt management. It effectively improves the efficiency and accuracy of debt management, is easily and practically to use, and hasa high value of application.
