Logistics Management System is an integrated management system. In the process of logistics operations, logistics business transmission and information processing speed are accelerated; logistics operation efficiency is improved, through the help of the computer, network, and communication and other technical means. At present, most of our logistics enterprises use the logistics management system. These systems often have some malpractices that embodied in adaptability and pertinence problems. The Huaian Yuchi Logistics Company has an urgent need for the produce of a storage and logistics management platform, which has high efficiency and strong adaptability.SSH (Struts+Spring+Hibernate) framework design can overcome the drawbacks of traditional web application development approach, by separating the data control and data performance to adapt to an increasingly complex system of multi-tier web application design and requirements. So the platform used the MVC design pattern, based on the integration of SSH framework technology and used SQL Server as back-end database. The system has advantages of loose coupled, high reliability, short development cycle, less development costs.This paper based on the platform’s functional and non-functional requirements analysis, researched on the workflow of non-warehousing logistics platform, described in detail and analyzed cases of participating platform roles, established the functional modules of the platform, then designed and implemented web layer、business logic layer and persistence layer three aspects.This design used the Struts to complete the Presentation layer, used the Hibernate to complete persistence mechanisms and query service, and used the Spring to complete the Business layer. Three aspects were effectively integrated in order to achieve the platform was expected design goals, to solved the company’s vehicle configuration, route optimization and financial management issues. This design used the Floyd shortest path algorithm to achieve the optimal allocation of the transport path, used AOP programming techniques to improve the efficiency of platform development, to realize standardization and automation of enterprise business links, to promote the development and maintenance of enterprise, and was conducive to the further promotion of the system. These are SSH technology innovations and breakthroughs in practical applications.
