Drug safety is closely related to people’s lives, and how well the pharmaceuticalsupervisory and administrative works affects the quality of people’s safety. Especially inrecent years, with the development of science and technology, the increasing kinds andsophisticated function of drugs, it becomes a complex and meticulous work that thevariety, quantity and market price of drugs are accurately input, and the information ofthe production enterprises is saved and queried. Presently, many drug supervisiondepartments still use manual management mode, which efficiency is low. So, in face ofthe huge data, the drug supervision needs scientific and efficient informationmanagement.This paper designed a drug supervision and management information system basedon B/S structure, which was based on the requirement analysis. According to thedomestic and foreign similar problems existed, it determined the mechanisms and rulesmanagement of the system design. And proposed the system architecture and thefunctional modules. It used C++language and SQL SERVER to develop the three-tierarchitecture of the system and designed the database in ASP.NET developmentenvironment based on the software development process. Finally, it gave the systeminterface and code of the basic information management, drug inspection management,drug information classification management, and the drug safety supervision, and at thesame time, and the system test was passed and the feasibility of the related module wasverified at the same time, which provided a complete set of an easy using, full-featuredsoftware solution for information management.This software contained four parts, as drug information management, drug testingmanagement, drug classification management and drug safety supervision management,which could query and feedback the drug-related information feed, and manage the rolepermission and drug safety supervision. It was designed by Visual C++and SQLSERVER, providing a friendly interface, simple operation and comprehensive function,and enhanced data integration and database capacity to resist external supply, whichsignificantly improved data security.At last, the paper fully tested the software function, reliability, system resourceconsumption and other aspects through analysis, which ensured the quality of the entire information management system for the practical application and the established thefoundation of its promotion.
