Business Integration Software Administrative Enforcement Subsystem (ales) Design And Implementation

The administrative law enforcement is a major function of the industry and commerce administration authorities. It plays an important role in maintaining a sustained, rapid and sound development of the economic and straightening out the economic order. With the development of the economic, all kinds of administrative illegal cases are growing rapidly. At the same time, laws and rules brings out the higher demands for the administrative law enforcement. In the past, handling cases by people slowed the efficiency. Some people even handled cases illegally. Using the computers to assist the administrative law enforcement can promote efficiency of handling cases and ensure the justice and fairness of it.This thesis mainly discusses the design and the realization of the administrative law enforcement subsystem under the industry and commerce integration software system. It also analyses the process of handling the administrative law enforcement cases. Using the object-oriented method to analysis the demand of the system, design the system and using UML Modeling, we can design the computer system for the industry and commerce administration authorities to handle the administrative law enforcement cases. This system is called the subsystem of the administrative law enforcement that includes the punishment on the spot modules, the ordinary cases modules, the reversible process modules. The function of the punishment on the spot modules is used for handling the simple procedure cases and punishment on the spot cases. The ordinary cases modules are in charge of the ordinary cases of the industry and commerce administration authorities. The reversible process modules can make the ordinary cases that are being handled or have been handled return into the procedure of setting up or investigation and evidence collection.B/S structure design, SQL Server data base, J2EE technology and UML are the major technologies of designing and realizing of the administrative law enforcement subsystem. At the moment, the administrative law enforcement subsystem has been brought into use in the industry and commerce administration authorities of our city. It is functional and also has the user-friendly, stable operation features. It plays an important role in handling cases strictly, writing the cases in regulation and promoting the efficiency of handling cases.
