| The design work of shrapnel is crucial for the process of product development,because the performance of Shrapnel depending on the design of it plays a decisive role.The design of the product is a complex and iterative process, not only includecalculation, analysis, drawing and some other numerical calculation work, but alsoinclude the design, evaluation, decision-making, and some other creative activities, inthis case it must rely on thinking and reasoning. With the rapid development ofcomputer technology, the development direction of product design tends to be moreintelligent, but at the same time, the traditional computer aided design based on thenumerical calculation has been unable to meet the needs of the intelligent design. Basedon that, we must introduce the principle and method of artificial intelligence, with anexpert system technology, we must upgrade the CAD（Computer Aided Design) to theintelligent CAD technology, in order to adapt to the requirement of creative design.In view of shrapnel for intelligent design, in this paper, I adopt the object-orientedknowledge representation and reasoning method based on the instance, and, fill thesummarize the shrapnel design knowledge and populate them to the database, with thehelp of design expert system development tool (DEST). At the same time, in view of therange and power, precision technology and tactics index, I developed a shrapnel schemedesign expert system based on artificial intelligence. And, I have carried on the designabout the range and power, precision technology and tactics index, with the example ofshrapnel. In the design, referencing to the knowledge base of knowledge, the systemselect the corresponding reasoning methods, generate the shrapnel design automatically.At last I proved that this scheme is reasonable and effective, and can be used forreference in the design personnel for projectile design, and it is can be provided areference for the designers for projectile design... |
