With China’s accession to the World Trade Organization and the rapiddevelopment of economic globalization, China’s manufacturing enterprises begin toface the more and fiercer competition, the living environment is more severe, the fiercecompetition in the form of the enterprise management has brought new challenges. Atpresent, the majority of enterprises in production management and inventorymanagement problem is the most prominent, basically depends on manual recordingmanagement mode, only a handful of companies use computer management, but themanagement system is not a lot for tooling management to develop, is the most generalversion of the enterprise, so in the use process the actual appeared a series of problems,finally has not formed the unified management model. Therefore, in the practicalmanagement, how to carry on the reasonable, efficient and scientific management tosolve the problem of enterprise supply chain, to carry on the management to theenterprise has brought a great impact.ERP software this paper originates from a steam turbine factory in need of specialdiscrete tools to produce an efficient management of factory, in order to solve theactual problems existing in a certain factory management and inventory management.In the aspect of system analysis, this paper from the view of software engineering, thesystem’s function demand analysis, frame structure, system flow and database designare analyzed and the design, realization of the integrated management of productionand inventory. In order to implement the whole system better, this paper uses Delphilanguage and SQL language as well as the company’s existing framework, the designand Realization of tooling management system, and in this process, but also for eachphase of implementation process of published an overview of detail properly.Finally, this paper also use the method of software testing, the toolingmanagement system in the project management module, management module, tooltechnology group management module needs analysis and design, the system has beenimplemented are tested, and then completed the research of this paper. Through thisstudy, to design an ERP management system of a steam turbine factory in accordancewith needs, effectively realized the plant required management functions, forimproving turbine factory tooling management has played a certain reference and reference value.
