In order to implement the whole system better, this paper uses Delphilanguage and SQL language as well as the company’s existing framework, the designand Realization of tooling management system, and in this process, but also for eachphase of implementation process of published an overview of detail properly.Finally, this paper also use the method of software testing, the toolingmanagement system in the project management module, management module, tooltechnology group management module needs analysis and design, the system has beenimplemented are tested, and then completed the research of this paper. Through thisstudy, to design an ERP management system of a steam turbine factory in accordancewith needs, effectively realized the plant required management functions, forimproving turbine factory tooling management has played a certain reference and reference value.
