With the continuous expansion of vocational college students, the Academic Deanhas to bear increasingly heavy burden on educational administration. It has to increasethe workload on the management and analysis of students’ grades. If they still use themode of manual-based and computer operation-supplemented, it’s easy to lose the data,confuse the management or lag the analysis behind, thus making their worklow-efficiency. And it’s hard to achieve the standardization and to form scientificmanagement mechanisms. Therefore, how to make great and full use of the existingeducational management system is one of the important issues needed to be resolved inthe process of information in college.This thesis first analyzes the fundamental states of the management of educationaladministration in vocational colleges. Then it puts forward the common problems inthese states. Next, combined with the self-construction of our college, we introduce thedynamic research of the analysis of students’ grades and the management of campusdigitalization both at home and abroad. Then we elaborate the implications ofeducational data mining technology in the management and analysis of students’ gradesin detail. Mining the educational data mainly uses mining methods to extract thevaluable information from the educational system. Besides, this thesis presents theimportance of this system both in theoretical study and in practical application. And italso analyzes the significance of some modern educational theory (i.e. Educationalmeasurement and educational statistics) in management of students’ grades. Finally, itindicates some issues that need to be solved in the system of analysis of students’achievements in vocational colleges. We list the requirement analysis, from the systemoperating environment and begin to consider the three major functional requirements ofstudents’ marks analysis system block diagram, different users logged in the moduleshould play different roles, with different functions, with different rights managementand analysis. According to the block diagram which is built, analysis ER diagram,pointing out that physical entry of the proposed approach, using code to achieve thefeatures of students’ marks analysis system.This system mainly uses Visual Studio as development platform, C#as the development language, SQL Server2008as database server. At the same time, it usesJava script as a support to achieve the management and analysis of students’ grades.Thus the faculty and students can be able to refer to their grades and analyze fromhorizontal and vertical aspects. And they can also understand the state of affairs of theindividuals or overall students clearly and directly from the charts. All of this providesstrong evidence for students’ self-learning and teachers’ improvement of teachingmethods. It can also improve the faculty’s management abilities and working efficiency.Thus it lays a compacted foundation for the systematization and standardization in themanagement of educational administration.
