Heluo Culture Multimedia System Design And Implementation

HeLuo Culture has a long magnificent history， which is the cradle of Chineseculture in the central plains and Yellow River， and also the mainstream and the essenceof traditional Chinese culture. It has profoundly impacted the ancient Chinese politics，economy， culture， and even the world civilization. At present， the multimedia hasbecome the main form of recording and communicating technology. In a variety ofscientific research， the construction of multimedia resource library has been moreapplicative. Especially in recent years， it has made great achievements in education，digital museum， publish， military and other fields.The thesis emphasizes the exploration， organization and communication oftraditional culture， analyses the samples of HeLuo Culture， and processes andintegrates digitally on the basis study of the data collection， sorting， andorganization over the years. Ultimately， it aims at building the WEB-based softwaresystem of HeLuo Culture Multimedia Library. The main contents are as the followings:The system is based on the B/S mode. Of the three-tier structure， the.NET (C#)works as the development language， and the SQL Server2005as the database of thesystem， which realizes the operating system. During the implementation process， theusage of the AJAX technology will enforce to provide the automatic search of thekeywords. And also it involves in the auto-complete reminders to improve the retrievalspeed and reduce user’s work， so as to facilitate the statistics on the system operation.In view of the Content-based study on the extraction and matching of themultimedia data’s characteristic value， the system focuses on using the CBIR visualextract of the image features especially the color， texture and shape. Furthermore， itcan be identified as the expression of the image content and the discriminating degree ofthe image elements in order to achieve the image search efficiently. According to theimage characteristics of shape， color， etc.， it realizes the valid image search of theresource information， and obtains the further concerning details through the imageretrieval results.Based on the B/S structure of security technologies， the author puts forward to athree-dimensional user-role management system to manage user privileges. User rolesare determined by the three-dimensional factors---the managed unit， and management columns， and user permissions. Conditionally， the user’s privilege in the system isresolved by those vital factors.
