Research On Mobile Library User Model Based On Context Sensing

According to China Internet Network Information Center(CNNIC) data showed that 500 million mobile Internet users in China, and continue to maintain steady growth, cell phones keep surfing the internet for the first big terminal status in 2013. With the high-speed development of mobile communication technology and the popularity of various mobile devices as smart phones,tablets, etc., the development of mobile terminal of various kinds of application software and APP, mobile devices has been the best user context information carrier; make more and more users use mobile devices to obtain knowledge and use of the library service. The user’s data gradually from PC to mobile devices. Mobile intelligent development helped the development of mobile library; it makes the mobile library becoming the service extension and complement of digital library electronic information. The mobile information requirements of library users reflects the characteristics of highly sensitivity situation in mobile environment, it makes the mobile library needs to provide users information and services based on the current situation.The construction of mobile library user model is the basis of the mobile library to provide personalized information service and user model can reflect the instant personalization information required by the user. In order to make the mobile library users better use of mobile devices for information and use a mobile library services. The intelligent information processing technology and context awareness technology applied to the mobile library user model study has important research significance.The mobile library individualized information service based on context-awareness, it is based on the existing mobile library service, considering the user in a particular situation produced by the specific information needs, to provide users with more targeted situation of information service. However, the construction of mobile library user model is the foundation of the mobile library to provide personalized information service. So, this paper bases on existing research at home and abroad, it is puts forward the mobile library user model research based on context awareness in the mobile network environment. The mobile library user model research based on context awareness conforms the law of mobile library ‘development, it can play a huge role in promoting help with improve the quality and efficiency of the mobile library, meet the demand of mobile library users personalized information. This paper has carried on the related research mainly through the following chapter:The first chapter, By discussed in this paper, we study the background and significance, the research status quo of situational awareness technology and the user model at home and abroad,to review and summarize and put forward the main research contents and methods of this article;The second chapter, the paper introduces the relevant theories of the mobile library, context awareness and introduces the related knowledge of the user model. The third chapter, at first,introduced the modeling process of mobile library user model based on context awareness, and then to collect and present the mobile library user context of the historical situation and the current situation of the information. To get the context awareness information fusion, we adopt the combination of fuzzy logic and dynamic Bayesian network approach to lower level data fusion, the rules and high-level reasoning method is used for high-level data fusion. Using a feature extraction algorithm based on sparse scores for feature extraction of mobile library situation, and introduced the situation of feature weight calculation method. We put forward mobile library user level vector space model based on context awareness(UID model), and description model initialization process. The fourth chapter, mainly for the third chapter to build mobile library user model of learning study and update, firstly introduces two user feedback technology, explicit feedback and implicit feedback technology. For mobile user model built in this paper introduces the study and update, describe the process of updating the model. The fifth chapter, by using simulation experiment system to test and analysis of user model, and then select the research object to experiment, related experiment data is analyzed. Using precision ratio, recall factor, user satisfaction to experimental verification in information retrieval system.The experimental proof in the actual task context, this paper builds the mobile library of user model improves the precision ratio, recall factor of information and user satisfaction, it can better meet the user’s information needs and improve the quality and level of mobile library service.The chapter 6, it summary the full text and prospect the further research.In summary, this thesis from the perspective of context awareness to research the mobile library user model, the context awareness technology, data mining technology was applied to the mobile library user model. Reference in the field of intelligent information processing, user modeling technology and method, improve the relevant key technology link, through constructing experimental system validation method, proved the feasibility and effectiveness of the mobile library user model. And provide reference for subsequent research.
