Tianjin port as an important hub of the integrated transportation system in coastalregions,is the beneficiary and drivers of Binhai New Area development,with thecontinuous development of international trade and economic,tianjin port future digitaland intelligent construction ushered in new opportunities,but also faced with newchallenges.Tianjin port container terminal of digitization,information construction basedon the theory of domestic and foreign advanced technology,through the automaticloading and unloading equipment,wireless communication technology(WAP),radiofrequency identification technology(RFID),geographic information system(GIS),theInternet technology(WEB),and other information technology introduced to thecomprehensive application of advanced automation in the port logisticstransportation,loading and unloading,container depot,production and management ofeach link such as port services.In order to establish a comprehensive,real-time,accurate,efficient,high quality intelligent port logistics service system.In this thesis,the main work incluses:by preparing business research and demandanalysis,according to the actual situation of terminal operation and businessprocess,indentified the system of the implementation of the target and plan,analyses thefunction of the system use case model is introduced,and the design of the overallarchitecture and function of the system.Designed four major functionmodule,incluses:the front-end interactive acquisition,set control center businessprocessing,processing business managemet,buffercontrol monitorling.Aiming at the keyfunctional modules,this thesis gives the concrete realization method,and break down thesystem dateabase design.After the system realization main function tested.This systemUSES C/S architecture model,with PowerBuilder10.0,VC++as a developmenttool,database using Oracle10large database,through collecting container numberidentification,the experience of containers,automatic data acquisition control system(read RFID card,automatic scale load vehicle weight) technologies such as design astable and flexible,convenient and efficient container terminal intelligent gate system.So far,the system has been officially put into production in tianjin port Pacificinternational container terminal operation,currently running efficiency and stability.Withthe continuous development of port production management requirements,this system will also continue to meet the demand of terminal operations,constantly improve.
