The thesis studies mainly on food export operatingmodel, and carries out an in-depth analysis of the coping process of China’s qualityinspection departments when facing foreign technical barriers in trade terms. And itdesigns a visual platform used to support the entire model, which will lay a goodfoundation to break the yoke of the technical barriers in trade.I mainly refer to related theories about technical barriers to food trade and J2EEtechnique, MVC framework, B/S pattern. Summarize the information technologycoping with the technical barriers to food trade at home and abroad, learn the technicalessence systematically, and analyze the foundation, function and structure of theplatform according to characteristics and requirements of coping with technical barriersto food trade in our country. The system can be divided into five modules: accountmanagement module、information module、 warning module、information push moduleand system management module. Design and implement all of them. The visual input ofinformation uses the graphical modeling ideas, the graphical model corresponds toXML file, complete the transformation of information. Experts use developmentenvironment can quickly complete two functions which contain the development of thefood trade rules and rules editing, development environment also provides a range ofgraphical editing windows, various auxiliary view interface and drag-toolset to reducedevelopment difficulty and cycle, make the development process more intuitive,convenient. This design is the highlight of the visual platform.Finally, test the function and performance of the visual platform. The platform passes the test and satisfies the requirement of running. The system can solve theproblem of slow reacting to food trade technical barriers in our country by the coverageand interactivity of Internet.
