The system is mainly from the readermanagement, library management and circulation management this three aspects toimplement library management, reader management mainly deal with readers’information, including the identity of the readers information and readers’ classification,we can detailed recording and processing information to readers, books managementmainly deal with book information, including the information such as the book’s title,author, at the same time deal with the classification of the books information, enablesthe administrator to the books management more adjustable physical and chemical,book search, and put it back. Circulation management mainly deal with the informationbetween books and readers, such as the information of borrow and relevant, fromborrowing books to returning book, circulation management can comprehensive andsystematic management, reducing the everyday workload of administrators, and alsobeing convenient for reader’s borrowing. This system implements the management of readers and books. This system in theaspect of business processes to deal with the implementation of technology is fully inline with the small and medium-sized libraries, can reduce their daily managementworkload, in the aspect of readers borrowing, returning, and books fine, this system hascarried on the corresponding function process, made it easy for users to use, at the sametime this system contains certain measures on the aspect of information management, toensure the security of the information of readers and books.
