Design And Implementation Of The Management System For Food And Drug Supervision

Internet develops rapidly and has penetrated into all fields of human life. For government agency enterprises and institutions information technology is an enormous challenge and opportunity. Government accelerates the transition to e-government. Automation, networking and electronic is inevitable requirement today. Food and drug safety affects the people’s health and life, and is related to the economical and social development, the social harmony and stability, and the party and the image of government. Now food and drug safety issues are prominent, as a government department the Food and Drug Administration should improve work efficiency and service quality, set up advanced management tools and techniques,enhance openness and transparency, and consciously accept an important measure of the public. The food and drug supervision and management system use e-government to speed up the transformation of government functions, expand the channels of foreign relations, and improve government efficiency.According to the daily work of the City Food and Drug Administration, combined with the actual situation of food and drug supervision and management, the dissertation designs food and drug supervision and management network platform. The system includes two parts, one is the open information platform and another is the site management platform. This paper first analyzes the actual demand of drug administration daily work, hardware and software requirements analysis system, and then put forward the system’s functional requirements and non functional requirements. Then it carries on the outline design, selection of system hardware and software platform, designed the system architecture, network architecture, function architecture. For the detailed design of the system on the basis of the summary design, introduced each function module design and detailed structure, and gives the detailed design of database. After the implementation and testing system using J2EE technology system, the test results show that the system is running well, meeting the design requirements. Finally, it summarizes the development process of this system in the experience, to identify shortcomings, and prospects the future.
