In this thesis, J2EE technology architecture, design and implementation of a videoconferencing system that uses three-tier data layer, business application layer and dataaccess layer structure technology, video conferencing systems analysis, design andimplementation. Based on the needs analysis, detailed design videoconferencing systems, analysis and design of the system’s functional modules,functional processes, application level, network topology, the overall structure of thevideo conference design, followed by analysis based on demand, the system is designedspecifically business functions; while modeling using UML sequence diagram and statediagram design, the design of the system database, respectively database table fieldinformation, ER diagram design, final design of the video conferencing businessfunction data flow and operational processes.The Video conferencing system function,select hardware and software platforms, the system login on the system, conferenceroom selection, conference management functions, local video, video main browserpage, the system data management module design and implementation, with a focus onthe video to achieve meeting data query, add, delete, modify the basic functionoperation, the use of data encryption, data backup management tools, maintenance, datasecurity video conferencing system to complete the design and implementation of videoconferencing systems. The use of video conferencing systems, the Hangzhou Public Security Bureau cancreate obstacles to communication work space, reduce the time consumption, reducetravel costs, accelerate the speed of information transmission.
