Research And Implementation Of Internet News Management System Based On Theory Of "Gatekeepers"

With the explosive news on the web, false news spreading, pornographic adsoverwhelming, a wide variety of soft articles show up. As a network news publisher,editors and online controller of public opinion, how to enhance the gate-keeper role isthe new challenge, which asks us to deeply research and think more. Although there arenews edit systems, but without much gatekeeper function. Even if the system hasgatekeeper module, it can not be effectively enforced. For one thing, it is lack propercheck and effective platform. For another, there is no clear theoretical support. Inpractice, the audit module is rarely implemented, how to find practical gatekeepermechanism is a major problem. Specific tasks asfollows:The thesis analysis the continuous developing "gatekeeper" theory in Web2.0environment, systemically summarize the role conversion of editor in the new era.News editor’s work should not simple copy and paste, but rather to create original newsand in-depth interprets of information. The whole edit process from planning to editingand publishing, the entire sequence of every detail must be clear, as objectivity, truth,and timeliness as the real nature and measurement of news.Comprehensively analysisand summarize news editor’s practice when operating news. From small point of deleteoperation,skills of guiding public opinion and set the agenda, correction mistakesmechanism through interact with audience, to large area of actively promote theimplementation of real-name system and auditing system, as well as methods of falsenews and penalties for accountability.In the article, it constructs the function moduleson the basis of practical operation of editor. In the thesis, It includes many important modules, like user management module which enhances the law counselor role’sfunction and the properties of "responsibility" and "punishment", simple and useful"three-trial" system audit module, false news reporting module which is promoted bythe author. As for content filtering settings, it needs to build perfect "illegalthesaurus".There are agenda-setting guide module and news value evaluation modulefor typical expert in order to evaluate the obscure news.
