Throughout the technology developmentlayout of various countries in the world during the past two years, the IBM’s "SmarterPlanet" strategy has been widely accepted by these countries. Digitization, networkingand intelligentize are recognized as the megatrends of future social development, whilethe Internet of Things and cloud computing, etc., which are closely related to the"Smarter Planet" have become the focus of technologic developed countries toformulate national development strategies. Since2009, the United States, the EuropeanUnion, Japan and South Korea have launched their national development strategies ofrelevant Internet of Things. A new round of scientific and technological innovation willbe in full swing. The Internet of things are based on the connection of material objectsand can be applied to all aspects of human social life, work and learning, etc., which notonly can realize intelligentize but also be the emerging industry of output value withtrillion scale. At present, because the Internet of Things also plays a significant role inthe national security, a lot of countries bring the development of the Internet of Thingsinto their own strategic development plan. China has also attached great importance tothe development of Internet of Things technology and industry, and fixed its position asone of the new industries of national strategies in2009.Along with the upgrade from Internet to the Internet of Things, the transfer mode ofnetwork information has also become the problems that people need to think about.
