In the backgroud of Internet, with the internetization of university teaching gainingmore and more concern in the education field, and with the mode of the management ofteaching and learning entering the stage of internetization and informationization, theplatform of Internet information needs to be constructed, in order to promote theInternet teaching and the jonit use of advance professional teaching and learningresouces.The complementary teaching platform of Internet is based on the constructivelearning theory and the individual emphasis theory. Starting from the learning theoriesin the relevant education and teaching fields, the whole system adopts Browser/WebServer/Database Server three-tiered construction, using the Web2.0as an importantwork tool, so as to build a complementary teaching platform on the technology of Ajax;in order to solve the problems of the teaching managements, the experimentationcontrol, the pratice teaching, examination and the comprehensive appraisal, theexhibition of knowledge and the control of the waterline process, the system studies onthe general application mode and its constructive strategies, and then it completes theapplication according to the requirements of construction, and the validity and the activefunction of the complementary teaching platform needs to be tesitified through praticalactivities.Through the pratical justification of the teaching management information platform,the conclusion is that such a platform, with application of modernizational informationtechnology, can put advanced notions and methods of managements into the workflowof the teaching and learing managements, and also can promote the modernization ofteaching managements.
