The author’s school is a famous private secondary school, there are a large numberof students both in the state and out-of-state come here every year, the number ofexamines is more than one thousand. If according to the traditional way of enrollment,firstly you need to go to the school to fill in the application form and related personalinformation, secondly the school staffs should check and audit the information of eachstudent, and then signed by the candidate. This series of process is time-consuming anddifficult to improve the work efficiency, the workload of the school staff is increased atthe same time, and it is also not convenient for those candidates from other cities.Nowadays, the information technology develops rapidly, its application is everywhere;every trade has used the informationization means in an effort to improve their workefficiency. At present, our school is aware of the existence of the problem, in order toimprove the present situation of the current work, and satisfies the demands ofincreasingly busy recruitment business in school, the author decides to build a set ofonline recruitment information management system, in order to alleviate the pressure ofstaff, so as to improve the overall efficiency of school work.The system is based on the present development situation of current onlineenrollment system, and investigates the school enrollment work in-depth, gathers theuser requirements and system requirements, and sorts out the system requirementsspecifications. Secondly, because the most business of the system are done based onWeb way, so the applicable scope of the system should be considered in system design,so do the openness and security and stability features, ensures that the system cansmoothly complete the online recruitment business operations through the internet. Thedesign of the system is based on the present popular mode of B/S three layerarchitecture, it truly realizes the remote-distance office demand, just there is the internet,the operations of recruitment business will be completed, and thus the flexibility of thesystem has improved to a great extent.The development and implementation of the system is based on the J2EEenterprise application development platform, using SQL2005as the databasemanagement system platform, using the Java language for system coding, and finallyinstalls and deploys on the Tomcat server. Because these technologies are the most popular and the most used in the world, so it can guarantee the system security andstability and wide application range. On the basis of system analysis and design, finallythe five function modules are achieved such as the admission plan management, onlineregistration management, examination management, grade query statistics managementand system management, and through the test work, the consistency of requirementsbetween users and the system is verified. At present, the system has operated online, andruns stably. Through the implementation and application of the system in school, thebusiness process of the daily examination work for the students is simplified, it realizesthe needs of synchronization office for the school staff remote-distance, and it greatlyimproves the efficiency of enrollment management in the school.
