This article is designed to address these issues with the system, the spiritof scientific, standardized, systematic principles, design and development of a hotelmanagement system.This paper describes the design and development of the whole process of thehotel management system. From requirements analysis, design and development teambegan to collect a large number of hotel management information. Research a numberof large and medium-sized hotel to get first-hand the valuable material. The main tasksof the system design system architecture, functional research, database selection. At last,we use the popular Java programming language, SQL Server2005databaseconfiguration management tools, ADO database access technology; hotel managers canmake decisions and reflect the system value through this system’s data analysis.It has three roles in the overall design of the hotel management systempermissions: member of the hotel, staff (operator), administrator. Manage different rolesdepending on permissions. Our development team from the rights management,management system menus, controls, and other interface do humanized design. Afterdevelopment test team test the system in order to improve the stability of the system.Not only in function, the bearing capacity, and pressure test we have done a detailedtest.
