Research And Implementation Of JAVA-based Hotel Comprehensive Management System

In the information era, the development of hotel industry has pickedup its speed. The application of information product and technologymakes it possible for the hotel industry as well as its management to bemore convenient, more professional, and more international. Hencegradually change the mode of hotel industry management, operation andservice. In addition, it also makes the hotel industry more standardized,and consequently upgrades its industry. Therefore, the industry’soperating quality, efficiency and service have been greatly improved.The main business the comprehensive hotel operates includescatering, accommodation services, bathing services and so on. The hotelmanagement runs with finance as the center, other departments radiatingaround. To effectively assist the daily management of the hotel, as far asthe comprehensive hotel operations and management mode are concerned,we design the comprehensive function module. The system includes basicinformation management module, accommodation management module,financial management module, catering management module, bathingmanagement module, staff management module, RFID device management module, other facilities management module, access controlmodule, etc. In this paper, the financial management module,accommodation management module, bathing management module andaccess control module are dealt with. Financial management module,based on the status of the expenditure and income of daily management,can effectively produce daily financial report, weekly report, monthlyreport, quarterly report and annual report, etc.; moreover, according to anemployee’s contract, salary statements can be generated rapidly. Therealization of the financial management module effectively improves thesalary efficiency of financial personnel, meanwhile reduces their laborintensity. Accommodation management module can manage a widevariety of information of hotel clients, including personal information,information of the accommodation and accommodation items andpersonal information related to accommodation, thus improve theaccuracy of hotel management. Bathing management module caneffectively manage the guests’ personal information, and information ofbathing items, bathing related information, so as to improve the accuracyof the management of bathing. Access control module is to safeguardsecurity systematically, which is the key to the realization of dailymanagement functions for each different department of the hotel.This article deals with the research and the implementation of hotel management concerning its finance, accommodation, bathing and accessmanagement functions. Through effective needs analysis andstandardized management of relevant departments, hotel realizes theefficient statistics and management of its financial information; andregulates its management aiming at the accommodation and bathing,grasps detailed and accurate information on its accommodation andbathing management. According to the roles different parts play incomprehensive hotel management, different access is assigned to dailyhotel management and help hotel management personnel to efficientlyrealize daily management. Therefore, effective regulation and remedy canbe put in place through systematic analysis and detailed planning on thepattern of hotel operation and management.
