Logistics management and e-commerce has been spoken highly by many scholarsand managers in recent years, and e-commerce-based logistics management also has itsown high value-added industries. The fast evolution of network information, thepromotion of logistics management and e-commerce combines plays the moreimportant role. Therefore, research basing on e-commerce logistics management systemhas an urgent practical significance for theoretical research there.Order is the core for function of the system’s life cycle. Generating orders->accept orders-> Processing Orders-> Order picking-> Orders Ship-> send the goodsto the customer, the order ended. The main achievement of four functional modules:warehouse management functions, call center functions, dispatch center functions anddistribution center. Central warehouse administrator upon request query completion datefor the transfer of goods to order, the system lists the requisition list, the user choose toallocate goods requisition, lists information for each substation single selectedcommodities including information and the library number. Service Center includingcustomer management, order, unsubscribe, information query. Dispatch center includesmanual scheduling and automatic scheduling. Automatic scheduling function is passedover when the customer orders are executed task, you can automatically dispatch theorder, the operation can’t be manually triggered by the system in real-time execution. When the orders generates, it doesn’t describe the task sub-station at the order specifiedmanually perform tasks sub-station. Distribution center is a warehouse and cargomanagement. This system uses JAVA as a development platform, the Java platform usingMyEclipse and other development tools, as well as the using of the Oracle database andthe Tomcat server to operate the entire system development. System is designed by adevelopment tool with Web and J2EE technology. In this thesis, a logistics management system for e-commerce is developed. Systemuses B/S architecture, this architecture management software is only installed on theserver side, the user interface on the server side achieved entirely through a Webbrowser, by this way, the crashes of server is pruned. Based on technology fromHibernate and Struts build J2EE platform, follow the three-tier Web with multiple concurrent, is secure and stable standard platform. Thesis, information technology andstandardization for the system design, effectively improve the enterprise in the logisticsmanagement process. Finally, the designed system login module, warehousemanagement module, distribution management module, and call center module arerespectively tested and integration tested. Test results show that the designed system canachieve a strong reliability and operability.
