Design And Implementation Of An Image Search Engine Based On Information System

Now the image information is becoming one of network information you need tofocus on in life. But how to find images has become a big problem. Now two importantacademic research directions are content-based image searching and information systembased image searching. The former research while active, the application is notsuccessful in the real world, so the latter search engine becomes the main way ofcommercial application. Efficiency, relatively accuracy and the maturiyt of technologyis the key of its success, the purpose of this study is to optimize and improve the currentsearch engine with web HTML information extraction and indexing. Using this kind ofthought, the author designed a simple system, and an evaluation was carried out.This article first introduces the research background and significance, thenintroduces the current research results. Then we illustrates the architecture of searchsystem generally used and some terms used in the process of writing, then the authorbriefly summarizes the system architecture, organization and implementation process.The work of this paper is focused on extracting image information from webHTML which puts forward nine related pictures of web information extraction model,which is used to extract information from the structure and the relevant web pages.Then in this paper, the system design process involved in HTML pages is analyzed andintroduced, and according to the structure of a HTML pages we put forward, in thispaper, some basic strategies used by system design process to get image basedinformation. We put forward nine web page extraction mode in our paper, respectively,from the beginning of the HTML, to the end, getting the design of intensive screeningand filtering, finally it is concluded that the system set up to achieve the function of thebasic data.Then we put forward the detailed system design and realization scheme based oninformation system, this paper expounds the workflow system: access to web pages,extract information, image capture and death chain inspection, generated thumbnail,providing index, query, and some structure used in the process. Finally the author of thesystem has carried on a simple test, then we conclude our work and some outlook forfuture research.
