Along with the universal and the development of computerization of accounting, thetraditional manual vouchers, due to its low efficiency and easy to make mistakes and difficultto preserve, would be eliminated. Then the financial ledger certificate management systemwas born, and it plays a more and more important role in the daily operation of the enterprise.This system can meet the actual general ledger enterprise needs, it can be divided intofour basic functions, certificate maintenance, mechanism of certificate, certificate audit andcertificate signature. The function of certificate maintenance including add, modify, delete,query and reversal certificate function; mechanism of certificate include add and revocationmechanism of certificate, certificate trace and additional details; certificate audit includingvoucher audit and anti-audit certificate; certificate signature including certificate exchange,certificate signature and insertion. This system also provides a user-friendly interface, when inadd voucher function parts, the smart tips and auxiliary input will prompt, in order to checkthe legitimacy and rationality of input. This project is not only providing these basic functions,it also providing the voucher printing, document preview and export functions.The system uses the SOA architecture. From the upper to the lower, the system is dividedinto five layers, namely user layer, business process layer, service interface layer, servicecomponent layer and data layer. Data server and application server were deployed separately,which can increase the parallelism of this system and can reduce the burden of applicationserver. In case of a system crash backup of the database can be used to restore the most data,the database use redundancy backup, which can enhance the security of the system. Servicedevelopment mode based on the module, high cohesion and low coupling, easy systemexpansion, reduce maintenance cost.This system use JAVA language and run on J2EE platform, using SQL Server2012database development and based on the B/S model. The client is only responsible for theinteraction with the user, and the application software to install and apply, most of the dataprocessing and maintenance work on the server. Different parts of the system are easy toexchange data. The query and data interaction are more convenient, accomplish thecomputerized accounting system.To sum up, the design and realization of general ledger management system certificate are scientific and reasonable, which could meet to the enterprise financial managementbusiness needs very well. In the practical applications, it provides a convenience for financialstaff and also provides the developing experiences for the research and development of thesame system.
