In recent years, with the development of automation technology and informationtechnology, more and more products testing system has been applied in modernproduction and life, which promoted the rapid development of the monitoringtechnology.Because of various intelligent instruments used in test fields, hardwaresystem update acceleration, and all kinds of test software are often unable to do withhardware synchronization update, physical changes in the environment will also resultin changes or even to develop on a large scale software system.In product testingsoftware system, data management as one of the core functions of software, alsobecause of the development of software system and database structure changes,software developers must be involved in the program database operations, modifiedextended makes software development and testing cycles, and results in the decreaseof reusability of software module.In order to improve efficiency in the development of test software to solve theproblem of software reuse of test software development process, scalability, repeateddevelopment, this paper analyses the existing test systems, using componenttechnology, combining with home appliance testing system of home applianceindustry, ocean Marine environment in the field of testing system and the actualdemand for machine room computer room monitoring system, designed andimplemented a product testing system database access interface. This article firstanalyses the product test system’s overall framework, gives the system’s overallstructure and database access interface function requirements, the database accessinterface is divided into data acquisition interface and data storage interface, then hascarried on the detailed design of each interface, including interface name, parameters,function description, formulated the uniform data access interface, and designed amore general database structure, mainly including four types of tables: configuration information table, metadata table, monitoring data table and the special table. Finallyuse electrical appliances testing system, the interface each function has carried on theimplementation, mainly including sensor setup, data entry, data list, curve display,print interface, etc.This paper formulated the unified data access interface, implemented and verifiedthrough the data access communication interface between the items constituting thesystem data storage and access function, through the use of the interface, realized thedatabase access code reuse, fixed database structure changes, the impact on othercomponents, so as to shorten the software development and test cycle, to ensure thatthe software reusability and extensibility.
