| With the development of science and increased market competition, information technology such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) has been applied to enterprise management by more and more enterprises. How to optimize the enterprise quality management processes to enhance the efficiency of quality management and control is an important issue faced by many enterprises. Therefore, it is very important for enterprises to develop the quality information management in the environment of ERP system to improve the level of quality management and market competition.The design and implementation of SAP-based quality management system of ERP in Dalian Marine Diesel (DMD) is introduced in this paper. Firstly, the inadequate of quality management in DMD is analyzed. The architecture of the ERP system in DMD and the SAP solution for ERP system are introduced. Then the main business and system workflows are analyzed, and corresponding possible solutions are proposed and discussed for following areas. Finally, the implementation process of QM module of SAP system in DMD is expounded. |
