The population problem is always the major problems affecting economic and social development. Accurate population data is accurate to judge the situation of population, an important basis for the implementation of scientific decision. Over the years, the Party committee, government departments at all levels in accordance with the unified deployment, pay attention to the informatization construction, established a relatively perfect system, but because the network is relatively independent, collecting and statistical caliber is not a lack of integration, information resource, information resource waste caused by. In order to further integrate the departments of population information resources, broaden the population information acquisition channel, strengthening the population information resource utilization, the promotion of economic and social affairs management, improve the overall level of the population problem solving and decision-making ability, using cloud computing technology, jointly set up the population information resource interconnection, mutually beneficial sharing platform and information sharing system has become a must.Based on the existing population information management department of each population of business application system, analysis of population information management of the actual needs and business processes, combined with the technology of cloud computing, the design and implementation of population information sharing platform.Firstly, this paper discusses cloud computing population information sharing platform based on the project background and the problems faced, based on the analysis of the system’s business processes, and the process improvement and systematic work, analysis of the cloud computing platform construction based on the idea of. Further analysis of functional requirements and non functional requirements of the system, the system requirements in the form of a flowchart in detail.On the basis of the needs analysis, discuss the platform architecture design of cloud computing based on population information sharing. The structure will be designed into the platform technology architecture and function architecture were discussed. In the technical architecture discussion, we analyze the difference from the traditional mode of cloud computing network architecture and system data storage structure, and then discuss in the logical structure, analyzes the population hierarchical database architecture model, and the function of each layer are analyzed. On the function of architecture analysis, discusses the platform function, and finally gives a dynamic application functions and data flow.Secondly, the detailed design of the population information sharing platform. To design the system according to the technology of ideas put forward the requirement analysis of cloud computing, the overall structure of the departments of information sharing is given, after understanding the overall structure, according to the technical ideas discussed cloud computing, cloud platform are discussed at various levels of detail design.Thirdly, based on the detailed design, implementation of each level on the cloud platform is introduced in this paper. Using the testing methods and tools, three levels of cloud platform were tested.Finally, application of the departments of information sharing are introduced, and the design and Realization of the system are summarized, and looks forward to the departments of information sharing and suggestions for improvement.System adopt three layer architecture design method based on B/S architecture, MVC design pattern, application of the current mainstream (Model-View-Controller) of system design, system development tools using object oriented programming language JAVA, using the software development platform mature. In order to ensure the memory safety and data loss of data backup and recovery, data storage and management system using Oracle11g database. In the design and development of the previous system, in-depth business requirements elicitation and analysis, draw the system activity diagram, sequence diagram and class diagram based on UML modeling tools.The purpose of this paper is to build a unified platform for sharing, each department application system according to the unified standards and norms, unity and sharing platform for the population information exchange, to the realization of the true population information sharing requirements. In addition, this paper breaks through the traditional route, using cloud computing technology, the construction of a new generation of cloud computing platform, energy-saving emission reduction, reduce duplication of investment amount, and the platform has better scalability.In summary, we on the basis of the analysis of population information sharing on business needs, using cloud computing technology, design and realize the sharing platform of cloud computing based on population information, sharing business promotion services for the population information national departments at all levels.
