With development of service robot technology, service robot gradually gets into people’s daily life. In order to solve contradiction of super quality and low investment, cloud robot emerges as the times require. Cloud robots offload complex computing task to cloud computing platform, significantly reduced the cost as well as improve the performance of robot. Cloud computing platform could increase performance of robot greatly, but cloud computing platform is complicated, there are still problems in its development and application in cloud robot area. To satisfy various demands of cloud computing platform, An interface layer of cloud-computing platform for service robot was presented in this paper, design and implement of the interface layer was also introduced in this paper. At the end of the paper, the feasibility of the design was verified by experiments.Aiming at the practical situation and security risk of cloud computing platform, this paper designed authentication and access control mechanism, cloud computing users were verified by logging and authorization, security of this system was guaranteed using mixed system of encrypting RSA and AES.About updating and management of cloud computing function, service registries were designed for service registration, service discovery and service management, Mongodb database was used to preserve and manage service description and information of service providers, in addition to this, the query operation and binding operation of applicants were also responded by the database.In order to realize service redirection and optimization selection function, service proxy and service control center were designed. Service was bound and invoked by service proxy dynamically, on the other side, service providers were evaluated and chosen according to service quality by the service control center.Aiming at the issue of transparency in service invoking, service status monitor center and service log module were designed. Parameters of service quality was updated periodical by service status monitor center using Quartz job scheduling framework, Service logs were recorded by service log module using Log4j2 architecture.Functional test of cloud computing interface layer shows that publishing and management of services was realized, services were transparently called throughout the lifecycle. Performance test of cloud computing interface showed that service redirection and optimal selection mechanism was verified, the quality of service was improved used this system.
