The Physiological parameters including ECG, gait, blood oxygen, blood pressure and body temperature are the most important and basic characteristic parameters that can reflect the information of human health. The acquisition, display and storage of these parameters are not only helpful to physicians for patients receiving timely and effective treatment, but also can help the user to understand their health situation, therefore the body’s physiological parameters acquisition device will extensively demanded in the area of clinical medicine and family medicine. Accordingly, this paper design a human body physiological parameters acquisition system, which is economical and durable, simply operated, low power consuming and portable. The system is suitable for hospital wards, emergency situations and family health care environment, and it can provide the continuous, long time, real-time collection and processing for user’s ECG, body temperature, blood pressure, blood oxygen and gait which reflect the characteristics of human physiological parameters.This paper uses the idea of CPU+modules to design the embedded Linux human physiological parameters acquisition system. In the paper, making the ECG parameters and the gait parameters be an example, we design ECG parameters acquisition module and gait parameters acquisition module with the characteristics of the two parameters. In the circuit of ECG signal acquisition module, we design a signal amplifier, a filter circuit and a anti-jamming circuit which can reduce the common-mode signal of the body surface and the lead wire distributed capacitance caused by the interference, therefore the quality of detected ECG signal is improved and it can also ensure the electrical safety of user; In the circuit of gait parameter acquisition module, we select the three axis acceleration sensor which have high precision, and we draw the waveform and commit calculation and analysis for the data which is collected by the sensor, and after calculation we get the gait information according to the detected acceleration signal. All parameter acquisition modules are designed with low power MSP430F149chip as the core. The chip can ensure the accuracy and reliability of sampling with a linear analog to digital converter inside. According to the requirements of master controller LPC3250of the system, we cut and transplant the Linux system. Making Qtopia be the development environment, we write the efficient human-computer interaction which is simply operated and easy to use; At last we test the whole system, the results show that the system is running fast and real-timely, and the measured data is accurate and reliable.
