With the continued advancement of computer systems software and computerhardware, as well as the continued development of computer network technology, theInternet Internet is the introduction of the day-to-day management of universityteaching, the process of modernization and information technology is the trend. Alongwith the "Quality Project" during the11th Five-Year Plan completed during the12thFive-Year Plan "undergraduate teaching engineering stage start process, the domesticinstitutions of higher learning are widespread variety of practical teaching process.Practice teaching is an important part of education during the execution of the currentfull-time undergraduate college teaching management system core and foundation.Practice teaching, curriculum design process for the practical aspects of the tutorialrequirements for students to design integrated capacity-building efforts aimed atindependent training, curriculum design process of solving practical problems forundergraduates in the entire practice teaching plays the role of the heritage of the"nexus". Faced with a variety of different professions and a wide range of curriculumdesign process data, the traditional manual processing methods can not meet the highefficiency of the day-to-day management of the undergraduate education processrequirements.Colleges and universities in order to gradually improve the course design andmanagement reforms to improve the teaching quality of practice teaching, cultivateinnovation, unity, and advanced engineering and technical applications personnel,curriculum design aspects of the engineering undergraduate colleges has become animportant part in the teaching process. Currently, most colleges and universitiesthrough continuous reform of the working methods of curriculum design and improvethe curriculum design management model to improve the teaching quality of thecourse design. Course design in the implementation process, there is often not enoughemphasis on the teaching curriculum design, a relatively small proportion of the entireteaching system, teaching organization and management is not rigorous, not perfectteaching management system for curriculum design, specification and evaluationsystem, curriculum design aspects of organization and management, the quality ofteaching is mainly dependent on the the instructor responsibility and consciousness ofthe students.This study to achieve the following three objectives:(1) Modular curriculum design, teaching management, design a modern, efficient, teaching managementinformation system to replace the original manual management system, so thatteachers, teaching management teaching object eliminates the modular curriculumdesign process of a large number of complicated and inefficient labor;(2) Teachinginformation quickly and easily query modular curriculum design history, able torespond to students repeatedly course selection;(3) It is conducive to students in atimely manner, quickly submitted modular course practice teaching achievements, butalso conducive to the full supervision and record student attendance and discipline, tofully and accurately assess student achievement.
