The Design And Implementation Of Professional Teaching Quality Management And Diagnostic Platform Based On The Web

The traditional teaching quality management and evaluative diagnosis is based purely on machine and recorded manually, which is inconvenient and may not get all the information needed. With the development of Internet and smart phones, web is becoming an indispensable part of people’s life, especially in recent years, web-based professional teaching quality management and evaluative diagnosis is becoming more and more important; meanwhile, the Internet opens a new horizon for the informationized management.In 2015, the Ministry of Education published “A draft on diagnosing and improving the teaching quality system in advanced vocational school”, in which the idea of pushing forward the vocational education is stressed, and more guiding principles are listed: necessity-oriented, self-assured, multi-diagnosed and improvement-centered. These principles aim at establishing inner quality assurance system and sustainable diagnostic working mechanism so as to better improve college professional construction, further more to improve the competitive ability. According to this draft, this paper aims at exploring the construction of WEB-based teaching quality platform for management and diagnosis by means of information collection and effective use of information.This paper begins with the design of information management, and on the basis of the necessity of the platform for professional teaching quality control and diagnosis, it specifies the very basic function and necessity of such a platform. This platform, controlled by backstage staff, is an access to all teachers and students who can communicate with each other online; an access to teachers who can observe teaching; an access for school and students to know their demands, and in this way, through this informationized and network-based platform, the efficiency of teaching and management can be greatly improved.The whole design is realized through systematic exploration of environment, the choice of tools, structure design and functional mode. Based on Net Framework, C# and B/S database application mode, the database for this platform is created by SQL Server2008, and the aim is realized through ADO.NET’s direct visiting the control center. This platform will be convenient for school management, knowing the life of teachers and students, getting feedback from them, and most of all, it will be a shortcut for all the teaching staff and students to get the latest news. The success of this platform will be a mark in the development of the infomationized management of the college.
