This design ensures data consistency, through various channels to provide customers complete, standardized services, the user whether in business offices, banks, or online self-service, his enjoyment of the services should be exactly the same. On the other hand, this design avoids the duplication of business logic development, improve the efficiency and flexibility of the system, so that the technical level of business support systems and support capabilities to a new level.But with the growing volume of customer service continues to improve, more access to mobile service system BOSS systems that transmit large amounts of data between the customer service support, as these systems are developed by different sound, although there agreed to the interface documentation requirements, but because of the illegal user input or system will lead to differences in the results of the BOSS system receives the data are inconsistent, particularly in reconciliation, this inconsistency would certainly trigger a series of related issues.In this paper, the data consistency management platform is designed and implemented.
