The function of the equip me nts has become more perfect, a lsothe degree of auto mation is higher than before. As the result, the informatio nmo nitoring s yste m has become increas ingly widespread in a ll k inds o f fie lds. Dataacquis itio n is the bas ic cond itions to accomp lish a network mo nitorin g sys te m. Inorder to deve lop the accurac y and instantane ity o f the informatio n monitoringsyste m, this paper designs a portab le, genera l-purpose, high-precis io n kind ofmulti-cha nne l data acquis itio n syste m based on C8051F060and STM32F207. Thissyste m can ma inly achie ve to collect and process the ana lo g and digita l s igna lthro ugh the configuratio n o f the syste m so ftware. Multi-channe l data acquis itio nsyste m tra ns mits the co llected data to the PC by the Ethernet interface, so that themo nitoring PC can ana lyze and disp la y the collected data.First o f a ll, the research backgro und, deve lopme nt s itua tion, deve lop me nttendenc y and research s ignifica nce of the data acquis itio n sys te m are introd uced inthe thes is. Then, according to the different function and a pplicatio n of c irc uitmodule, the overa ll hardware fra me o f the multi-channe l data acquis itio n s yste m isdesigned deta iled ly in this paper, and the design inde x of the data acquis ition s yste mis introduced. Whatís more, the chip C8051F060of Silico n Lab is used as front-enddata acquis itio n microprocessor to achieve to collect a nd process the ana lo g s igna l.The c hip STM32F207of STM icroe lectro nics is used as the ma in controling c hip forthe hardware circ uit. And Ethernet interface circ uit is designed as the datatrans miss io n part in this syste m. The hardware circ uit and theory o f every module inthe multi-cha nne l data acquis itio n syste m are detailly d iscussed in this paper. Andthe thes is focuses o n the des ign o f a na log q ua ntity cond itioning c irc uit a nd Ethe rnettrans miss io n interface c ircuit.On the basis of the des ign of the hardware circ uit, thesoftware design tho ught o f the data collectio n and procession based on theC8051F060and Ethernet tra ns miss io n based on the STM32F207are ma inlyintrod uced in this paper. The who le so ftware des ign idea of the multi-channe l dataacquis itio n syste m is introduced in deta il in this paper. Fina lly, the multi-channe ldata acquis itio n syste m is tested in rea l experiments. The vibratio n signa l of machine is used as the test data that the s yste m s hould co llect. All k inds of functio n tests arecomp leted to exa mine the performance o f the sys te m. In addition, we ana lyse therunning cond itio n o f the s yste m by the measure me nt res ults.The res ult de mo nstrates that, the accurac y o f the syste m is very high, andoperation stab ility is very good. The syste m can meet the dema nd of actua l use andapp ly to the monitoring o f all k inds of ind ustria l occasio ns.
