| Electronic voting is the comprehensive application of the modern cryptographictechnology. With the development of cryptography, Electronic voting researches haveachieved great progresses. Based on a fully homomorphic encryption which is atremendously significant cryptographical protocol, a new e-voting scheme is proposedin this paper. The fully homomorphic encryption implys that one can conduct anyoperations of those relative plaintexts through conducting the ciphertexts withoutdecryption, which is very vital to e-votes. The breakthrough made by Gentry in2009about the important technique makes it produce new applications in e-vote. The maincontributions of our paper are summarized as below:1ã€We propose a new e-voting scheme based on the fully homomorphic encryptiontechnology and the digital signature.2ã€Our schemes guarantees the anonymity in the processes of detecting cheats andpublic verification.3ã€Using the fully homomorphic encryption, our scheme can solve the increasingnoise problem when evaluating functions in e-vote.4ã€An efficient cloud computing server can be employed to count the votes so that thevoting result can be evaluated efficiently... |
