Mobile learning is a new learning mode that is a combination of the computingpowers of mobile the terminal and the transmission capacity of wireless network. In recentyears, with the continuous development of network technology and mobile intelligentterminals, the development platform of mobile learning is also escalating, and the functionsrealized are constantly being improved. By comprehensive analysis about existing learningplatforms, there are weaknesses as follows. Firstly, the statistics about student attendance isa complicated work that is not only a waste of manpower, material and financial resourcesbut also a waste of time. At present, some modes of electronic sign proposed have beenused in most colleges and universities, which have many shortcomings, for example, a lotof equipment investment and maintenance. Secondly, it is a waste of resources that paperdocuments used for students in the classroom. Finally, they are applicable in the auxiliaryquerying course information, downloading documents, as well as the communication aboutissues. However, the software suitable in real-time classroom is not found. Thus, thedevelopment of the teaching platform based on mobile intelligent terminal is carried out inthis paper.The development of this teaching platform is aimed at how to solve the studentssigning by mobile intelligent terminal, file transmission and screen sharing between smartintelligent terminal and smart intelligent terminal in the condition of WIFI environment.The main achievements are listed in the following.1. The characteristics and constraints of the popular teaching platforms are analyzed.The prototype of the real-time teaching platform without the influence of the teachingplace is established in this paper. And the requirement analysis is done in terms of use casediagram, activity diagram and sequence diagram by using UML.2. In this thesis, the development mode of the communication between mobileintelligent terminals and of the communication between the mobile intelligent terminal andPC server via Web Services is proposed and achieved in the WIFI environment. 3. Through comparing a variety of methods of screen capture and refresh, theachievement of the mobile intelligent terminal screen sharing by using the high-efficiencyframe buffer which is close to the bottom is firstly put forward, the implementation processof which is later introduced and analyzed.4. Compared with other teaching platforms, it is that has achieved the electronicchecked-in, the file transmission and screen sharing.(1) electronic checked-in: It isachieved by SharedPreferences、sqlite、NetworkInterface、ArrayAdapter etc.(2) filetransmission: The file sending and receiving is finished by user-definedFileManagerActivity class browsing fle lists,multicast or socket communication,AsyncTask class and Handler class related about threadProgressDialog class on progressnotification and so on.(3) screen sharing: It is realized via jni technology./dev/graphics/fb0file is readed by fopen() and fread() functions every0.2seconds which is mapped into thespace of process..In summary, the electronic checked-in, the file transmission and screen sharing arebringed out. It solves the problem of counting up the student’s attendance and saves paperresources. The development of paltform has practical significance and practical value forthe teaching activities.
