| Chinese Jujube is a kind of fruit trees originated from China. According to historical records, jujube is called the "five fruits" together with peach and apricot, plum and chestnut. Jujube is particular economic tree plants in China, which help advance somebody’s career the history exceeds4000yeas. With the constant enlargement of jujube planting scale, jujube pests’harm is more and more serious. Jujube diseases caused economic losses greatly. The research on jujube diseases has important realistic significance and application value.Traditional jujube diseases diagnosis mainly depends on artificial diagnosis, but there are two problems as follow. Firstly, farmers without much experience may misdiagnosis; secondly, experts can’t reach the site on time to stop the damage. But these problems can be analyzed with computer image processing and pattern recognition technique and then automatic recognize and stop the damage. Therefore, research on SMS-platform system for diagnosis of jujube tree diseases is very necessary.Jujube pest diagnosis algorithm is studied in this paper. Common jujube insect pests and the expert system are analyzed. To facilitate farmers and to provide fast and accurate diagnostic results is the goal. From a diagnostic algorithm, short message platform construction, the design of database connection and so on several aspects on jujube pest SMS platform are studied. The main work of the paper is as follow:First, knowledge representation model based on SMS platform requirements is established. Mobile phone screen is smaller than the computer display, so the display content is limited by screen each time. The construction of Jujube knowledge representation model is integrated the characteristics of SMS/MMS and jujube knowledge.Secondly, diagnosis of jujube tree diseases short message process is designed. When the diseases were found, farmers can use SMS to ask for help from the SMS platform.The SMS sent by the famers should introduce the symptoms of the disease. After calculation and comparison, the SMS include diagnosis results and treatment programs will be sent to the farmer.Thirdly, jujube tree diseases diagnosis algorithm is studied. Common diseases and insect pests in jujube trees are analyzed. And jujube tree diseases diagnosis algorithm is proposed accordingly. Then several cases are analyzed, it is proved that the algorithm is workable.And last, according to the study above and the demand the SMS-platform system for diagnosis of jujube tree diseases is developed. After testing the system, the accuracy is high. It is proved that the SMS-platform can help farmers solve problems. All these indicate that the research aim has been realized. |
