The application is based on the database, model library, knowledge library and knowledge library includes the knowledge of qualitative and quantitative which be used resolve the productive problem by this area experts. controls running of the whole application. With the knowledge library supporting it can implement the ayalysis and decision. The application, which is based on the experience and knowledge of the agro-expert, creats the knowledge library and to guide the agro-produce by the method of knowledge project. Now, this application has been implemented. We choose VC++ as the development tool, it has the powerful capability to implement the user windows. This paper expounds study of feasibility, analysis of requirement, thinking of outline design in detail. And it emphasizes the designing and implemention, especially, the ~~ part and knowledge library part what provide the detailed theory explanation and implement process. adopts , in this way, it can ensure the accuracy of result, and also, expedite the seach speed. This application uses ACCESEE to reliaze the stroing and managing of datas. During development, we did much effort in the security, accessing of the database and consultation of diseases and insect pests to ensure the safty of this application and database, provent the losting of impotant imformation. And we also provide a set of method to dispose some mistakes what may occur. Combining with the current of software development, we also provide the basic thinking of implemention on Internet in two methods.
