Chronic medical system has emerged a vigorous development of the situation,the corresponding medical field ontology knowledge has been updated,and the amount of knowledge is increasing rapidly.Moreover,the traditional medical system lacks the ability of knowledge query and can not meet the growing knowledge needs of doctors and patients.In this study,the scattered medical domain knowledge is organized and expressed through the ontology tools,the management system of medical ontology for chronic diseases is designed,redundancy detection function based on semantic similarity calculation and natural language query interface are provided.The main work are:1.The ontology knowledge model with universal applicability was designed.Identifying the ontology-based knowledge modeling method from the organizational representation of domain ontology and the hierarchical structure of medical knowledge,then using protege and "seven-step method" to build the construction of chronic disease ontology knowledge base.2.Redundancy detection based on semantic similarity computation is designed.Calculate the semantic correlation between knowledge keywords and knowledge base concepts,the correlation is below the system threshold and can be entered into the system by verify.Considering the influence factors of semantic tree depth,density and hierarchical difference between concepts,the traditional similarity calculation method based on semantic tree is improved,and the rationality of the algorithm is verified.3.Provide a natural language query interface based on the knowledge base.The input statement is divided into keywords in the medical relation dictionary,and query processing of symbol filtering and synonym disambiguation is realized.The final keyword matches the query dictionary tree and returns the knowledge query result.4.Design and implement a chronic disease knowledge base management system.Auxiliary medical system uses SpringMVC framework,with JSP as the main front end display,achieving the knowledge query and entry function in tomcat server.Finally,by analyzing the performance of the typical user input and visualized results test system,the correctness and practicability of the system's function design are verified.
