Integrated analysis and overall optimization of the supply chain is the main research directions of today’s supply chain management, one of the main difficulties in the study. Co-ordination between all sectors of the supply chain as a whole is the primary means to break through these difficulties, however, a large number with the increased pollution and greenhouse gas emissions caused global environment is deteriorating, making the supply chain management towards low-carbon direction of more and more pressing. Systematic low-carbon supply chain as a whole, effective and efficient to reduce carbon emissions, the actual situation of low-carbon of the site-the path model is more in line with today’s research.Until a low carbon economy are due to the lack of environmental awareness, and rapid economic development, the traditional supply chain management research mainly concentrated in the control of the supply chain costs, thus ignoring the low-carbon sustainable development of the supply chain requirements. The path of the research literature on the existing site-a lot of research into low-carbon and in-depth analysis of the activities of the facility location and path selection based on the factors, the initial target for the total system costs and carbon emissions of the smallest dual-target model, and then learn from the experience of the multi-objective planning carbon emissions into the cost of carbon emissions through the carbon market concept to the twin goals of planning problems into became a single objective programming problem with the punishment coefficient Finally, the theoretical model is applied to university logistics distribution network site-the actual operation of the routing problem.Specifically, the main proceed from the following aspects:(1) Determine emission factors. Reference vehicle research literature at home and abroad, the law governing the use of vehicles, select the appropriate determination of a quantitative analysis of carbon dioxide emission factor and get on the load of the emission function for low-carbon model the basis and conditions;(2) Low-carbon site-the construction of the path model. In the analysis of facility location, path selection, location-routing problem based on the combination of low-carbon supply chain studies were set up dual-target model of the economic costs and carbon emissions, and learn from the experience of multi-objective planning into became the single objective to solve, and finally the rational design of heuristic algorithms to solve the model;(3) Numerical example for a place college logistic distribution network. The theoretical model will be applied in practice, through the data into the model was solved, come to the satisfactory solution of the problem, provide theoretical support for the actual decision-making, proved the feasibility and effectiveness of the model. In this paper, a low-carbon location-routing model for the low carbon supply chain theory of complement; the same time, the model more in line with the thinking of the actual integration of supply chain management to managers decision-making there are strong reference value.
