Entrance control system for goods storage is different from those used for residential areas and buildings. The main factors entering storage are goods, vehicle, and persons of storage management, and the number of goods and vehicle is large, so the common system is not suitable for it. This system for goods storage will be more intelligent and safer, which will be able to monitor persons, goods and vehicle more accurately.This subject comes from our school electromechanical integration professional engineering practice teaching system reform project" Intelligent warehouse management system" the access control parts.In this paper, I divide the entrance control system into three modules:license plate distinction, vehicle examination and entrance control monitor. In the module of license plate distinction, the license plate is orientated according to its color change, which is based on the theory of algorithm, In order to orientate more efficiently, I first take the methods as making the pictures gray scale, slant rectifying, binary, removing interference zone, then I match up pattern plate to partition characters and identify word-symbol, last, I test them by MATLAB.Can achieve93%accuracy. In the module of vehicle examination, MCU-ATmegal6L is used to control electronic compass-ZCC212N-232to monitor the way of vehicle driving. In the module of entrance control monitor, monitor interface is compiled with force control software, which describes the monitoring process of entrance control system for dangerous goods storage in detail.
