Design And Implementation Of Workflow Development Platform In Elevator Design System Based On Microsoft WF4.0

With the development of technology, in the office process of enterprise, the traditional way that information filled in the paper and transmitted manually or filled in Word/Excel and sent by email is automatic, is abandoned gradually. Instead, the schedule management system, which is high-efficiency, flexible, lower cost and can make staff in different department work cooperatively, is being applied in enterprise. Improving work efficiency and improving office process in enterprise internal and external are more and more important, especially in large manufacture enterprise. The workflow technology researched in this thesis provides technological support for the implementation of this requirement put forward by enterprises.The development of Workflow Development Platform based on actual business requirements in the Elevator Design System of XiziOtis is mainly introduced in this thesis. The Microsoft Windows Workflow Foundation4.0is the technological foundation of the design and implementation of the Workflow Development Platform, which consists of Workflow Engine Service and Workflow Designer. The two parts of the Workflow Development Platform communicate with WCF service. The Workflow Designer provides graphical interface for users, and satisfies the requirement that users design and maintain business process by themselves. The Workflow Engine Service consists of several functional modules, including workflow routing analysis module, workflow engine management module, workflow information management module and workflow template management module, and provides workflow related service for Workflow Designer and other clients. The Workflow Development Platform developed by Microsoft SQL Server2008and Microsoft Visual Studio2010and C#, achieves the workflow requirement in the Elevator Design System of XiziOtis.In this thesis, firstly, the subject background and current development status of workflow are mentioned. Secondly, the related technologies, which are applied in the design and implementation of Workflow Development Platform, are described and analyzed. And detailed introduction of the business requirements of Elevator Design System of XiziOtis is given. Thirdly, the overall design and solution of the platform are introduced. Then, the design and the goal to realize of every module are analyzed. After that, the implementation of every module in Workflow Engine Service and every component of Workflow Designer are specified in detail. And the test methods and results of Workflow Development Platform are illustrated in the test part. Finally, the conclusion to this thesis and the outlook of it are given for further study.
