With the rapid development of high-speed electrified railway, Catenary Inspection implementation of state maintenance is more and more urgent. In order to ensure the normal operation of locomotive pantograph, normal flow is crucial in detection of network testing, then the effect of the pantograph is mainly affected by the flow is the contact line power transmission capacity, so the contact wire wear surface is more and more important to study.High-speed Rail contact abrasion detection system based on machine vision is proposed in this paper, it is in order to solve the high speed railway contact wire wear detection problem. This paper uses two high-speed line array camera contact line real-time acquisition, transmission, processing and result, non-contact monitoring dynamic contact line, thus real-time grasp the running state of the contact line. The design of the main use of the existing binocular intersection measuring principle, using high resolution camera on the edge of the wear surface, calculate the space position, then the worn surface width. Treatment of contact wire is mainly used in the existing image processing technology, the completion of the basic pre image processing, and then through the prior knowledge of the contact line tracking and prediction, finally according to the characteristics of contact line itself respectively through contact line two camera matching, triangulating results. This system can meet the measurement precision of on-line test for0.5mm, basic can meet the demand of current detection of contact wire wear. The design of the system is the result of non-contact measurement, and therefore will not affect the normal operation of the contact net, after testing, the system has the high reliability, the strong robustness.
