The research of this paper has got the support from National Key Technology Support Program(2014BAKB05), this paper study the means of displacement non-contact measurement for temporary sports platform based on binocular stereo vision. In recent years, with the rapid development of the temporary structure technology, especially the large temporary smart structure applied in the field of sports, ensuring the safety of temporary structures become the key technologies for temporary structure. This paper study the displacement measurement for temporary ski structure nodes by binocular stereo vision, and integrated the displacement measurement system. The displacement measurement system has been applied in the vibration test of cantilever beam, node tensile test, compression test and monitoring system for temporary ski structure, the result shows that the system is with high accuracy and robustness, The main contents are introduced as below:Firstly, this paper developed a non-contact displacement measurement system based on binocular stereo vision, which adopt the algorithm of pattern matching for the target location, the practicability of the measuring system is good.Secondly, in the vibration test of cantilever beam, we use LVDT and the displacement measurement system based on binocular stereo vision measured the displacement of cantilever beam at the same time, the measurement result shows that the displacement measurement system based on binocular stereo vision is with high accuracy and good stability.Thirdly, the displacement measurement system based on binocular stereo vision has been applied in tensile test and compression test for the ultimate displacements, the measurement result can provide the alarm threshold for the displacement monitoring system of temporary ski structure nodes.Finally, the displacement measurement system replaces the traditional vision sensor by surveillance camera, and has been applied in the displacement monitoring system of large temporary ski structure nodes, which tested the practicability of the displacement measurement system.
