The Videometrics measurement technology is widely used in the fields of highspeed motion measurement and static precision measurement.Based on the binocular stereo vision camera measurement technology,the key technologies of the stereo vision measurement system are systematical y studied.The stereo matching and camera pose parameter estimation The key technologies of central perspective projection model,highprecision camera calibration and binocular intersection measurement are introduced.And in the laboratory conditions will be applied to three-dimensional vision measurement technology in two engineering practice.The main work of this article is divided into two points:(1)The accurate and quantitative measurement of the parachute position information under the parachute's motion is the first quantitative study carried out in China,and the relevant experimental verification is carried out in the laboratory environment simulation.The dynamic measurement results of the parachute with large deformation and flexible structure are obtained.Based on the laboratory environment,the dynamic expansion process of the parachute was simulated.From the selection and debugging of the hardware to the software development to the overall project design,a large amount of experimental verification was carried out to meet the specific requirements of the project and achieve the project In the demand,more than 16 canopy nodes of the sequence images of the parachute dynamic parachute are measured with high accuracy and the system measurement accuracy is 5mm.(2)Using high-precision measurement technology to study the deformation of static target target.Design and development of a complete set of hardware and software systems to achieve high-precision measurement tasks.In this method,a planar grid calibration camera is used,and the plane-induced homography and polar-line constraint are used for stereo correction.The AD-Census algorithm is used to greatly improve the matching accuracy,and the engineering problem of the non-contact target high-precision measurement is solved.Accuracy of 0.01 mm.
