In the thesis, primary studies have been done on the QAM and π/4QPSK modulation, and the VLC-OFDM modulation and demodulation system have been designed on FPGA platform, and it proposes a simulation model in which the QAM modulation method should be applied to VLC-OFDM modulation system under the System View4.5environment. A visible light communication OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) modulation and demodulation simulation system has been built successfully, by adding complex channel coding and data interleaving module. Finally, the performance of VLC-OFDM modulation system has been analyzed by using BER curves at the end of this thesis.With the decrease of channel noise power, SNR increases, and thus BER decreases. The BER characteristic curve of the VLC-OFDM simulation system in the indoor space channel has been analyzed in this thesis, and it comes to conclusion that the VLC-OFDM modulation model not only succeed in realizing its modulation and demodulation functions, accurately recovering the information, and it also has some anti-multipath fading capability. |
