The complexity of color measurement requires not only the accuracy of the test system itself measurement of electromagnetic radiation energy, but also the satisfactory eye visual correlation results.Since there is a great uncertainty in the human visual system itself so chromaticity measurement reference value transfer is mainly dependent on the standard color material. The color measuring method based on the spectral reflection factor has the positive aspect of high flexibility, high accuracy, universal availability and easy to implement. Therefore, this method can be used as the reference method and verification method for measuring color measurement equipment. In this paper, the color measurement method based on the principles of and the spectral reflectance factor of uncertainty analysis conducted exploratory experiments. In this paper, the probability of a standard color palette as the reference standard, experimental and comparative analysis of the color measurement results under two different light sources, focusing on the color measurement results of density estimation and uncertainty assessment methods.
