This paper is to set up a set of color assessment methods of microscopic cell images which based on the CIE standard chromaticity model.And the main research object is to evaluate the epithelial cell cytoplasm and nucleus' color of liquid-based cervical squamous cells.Because there is no uniform method to accurately evaluate the images color[1],it is very difficult to evaluate the microscopic cell images' color.The main purpose of this paper is to carry out a series of experimental analysis through the relevant theoretical knowledge of CIE standard chromaticity,so that the color evaluation of cervical cell micrographs is consistent with the actual visualization,so as to provide the relevant theoretical basis and data parameters for automatic screening of cervical cancer.(1)According to the designated color calculation method by the CIE International lighting commissione to carry out the liquid-based cervical cells of the CIE standard illuminants optimum selection experiments.This paper also needs to analyze the problems that are inconsistent with the actual visualization in the optimum selection experiment of the standard illuminants and put forward the corresponding optimization program.(2)The chromaticity was applied to the differentiation of cervical cells in impurity interference,that is,the use of chromaticity on the cervical cytoplasm and the nucleus for distinguish experiment.Such as the difference between the surface cytoplasm and the middle cytoplasm,the middle cytoplasm and the basal cytoplasm;The difference between the nucleus of the middle layer and the microscopic image of the dust,the microscopic image of the middle nucleus and the microscopic image of the glue.(3)The chromaticity was applied to the analysis of cervical image content,that is,the use of chromaticity interval study on the distinction of cervical specimens in different staining formulations,the distinction of discoloration and the result of the cervical specimens if repetitive collect.(4)The chromaticity was applied to the quality of cervical specimens monitoring,that is,the use of colorimetric description on the phenomenon of dye pollution in the specimen.This paper using the chromaticity to measurement the cervical cell images,to achieve the cervical cell images color evaluation program and achieve the desired purpose of the study.
